Welcome to PAINT Nail Bar Rochester. By accessing our website, using our services, or providing your contact information for communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

PAINT Nail Bar Rochester provides professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel services, nail art, and related beauty treatments. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.

Booking

Appointments can be made through our online booking system, by phone, or in person. By booking an appointment, you agree to arrive on time and provide accurate contact information.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee
• No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost
• Repeated no-shows may result in requiring a deposit for future bookings

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service to accommodate other clients. Full service charges may still apply.

SMS Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from PAINT Nail Bar Rochester. These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Service updates and salon announcements
• Promotional offers and exclusive deals
• Customer service communications
• Feedback requests

Consent and Opt-In

How to Opt-Out (STOP)

You may opt out of our SMS program at any time by:

• Replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may continue to receive SMS messages for a short period while we process your request.

Our SMS program is available to users on participating carriers including: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, and other major carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers. Check with your carrier for details.

SMS Disclaimer

We are not liable for any delays in the receipt of SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier. SMS message services are provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no warranties regarding the timeliness or reliability of message delivery.

Mobile Number Changes

It is your responsibility to notify us if you change your mobile phone number. Please contact us to update your information and prevent messages from being sent to someone who acquires your old number.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your mobile phone number and other personal information. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

Gratuity

Gratuities are not included in service prices and are at your discretion. Tips can be added to credit card payments or given in cash directly to your service provider.

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Gift certificates have no expiration date unless required by state law
• Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced
• Gift certificates can be used for services and retail products

Client Responsibility

You are responsible for informing us of any health conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical concerns that may affect your service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk.

Sanitation Standards

We maintain high sterilization and sanitation standards in compliance with Michigan state regulations. All implements are properly sanitized between clients, and we use disposable items when appropriate.

Service Results

Results from services may vary based on individual factors. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or duration of results. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

Limited Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAINT Nail Bar Rochester shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Service Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Allergic Reactions

While we use high-quality products and take precautions, we are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to products used during services. Please inform us of any known allergies before your service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

By receiving services at PAINT Nail Bar Rochester, you consent to photography of your nails/services for our marketing purposes, including social media and website use. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us at the beginning of your service.

You agree not to:

• Engage in disruptive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward staff or other clients
• Bring outside food or beverages without prior approval
• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit our promotional programs

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of service and potential ban from future services.

Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Certain services may have age restrictions for safety reasons.

We may use third-party service providers for booking, payment processing, and communications. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third parties. Please review their terms and privacy policies separately.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PAINT Nail Bar Rochester, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Oakland County, Michigan.

Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Oakland County, Michigan.
